Yoga
Yoga helps to bring union between mind and body, through breath, while increasing flexibility and strength, alleviating stress and anxiety, and improving overall physical health and mental clarity.
Each session is grounded in modern science and ancient wisdom, designed to support long-term health and well-being. You'll move through targeted mobility work, breath awareness, and strength-building postures, tailored to support the joints, fascia, and nervous system.

Foundation Training
The main focus of Foundation Training is to foster healthy movement and postural patterns, create space in the joints and spine, and allow for healthy nerve, blood, and lymph flow.
It is a movement practice that counteracts the negative effects of our modern, heavily seated lifestyles. A great option for those with back, shoulder, or foot pain, those coming back from an injury, or anyone who wants to increase their performance doing the sport or passion they love.
Zenthai Shiatsu
Zenthai Shiatsu is a therapeutic movement-based bodywork that blends the ancient healing traditions of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, and Osteopathic principles.
This unique modality works on both the physical and energetic bodies by addressing the fascia, joints, muscles, meridian lines, and organ systems. It's practiced fully clothed on a mat, combining dynamic movements, assisted stretches, and acupressure to bring balance and ease.
