Who I am

Hi, I’m Olivia — a holistic practitioner, RYT-500 yoga teacher, and Zenthai Shiatsu bodyworker with a deep passion for helping people move out of pain and reconnect with their bodies.

My own journey with back pain began when I was just sixteen. Despite years of searching — and even through two decades of practicing and teaching yoga — lasting relief remained out of reach. Everything changed when a friend introduced me to Foundation Training. For the first time, I experienced real, sustainable freedom from pain.

That experience sparked a lifelong curiosity about how the body moves, heals, and adapts. I became certified in Foundation Training and have since witnessed incredible transformations — both in myself and my clients. Through mindful movement and awareness, I’ve learned that healing isn’t just about eliminating pain — it’s about restoring connection, resilience, and confidence in how you move through life.

Today, I blend my background in yoga, Foundation Training, and Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork to create personalized and group sessions that meet each person where they are. My approach combines intelligent movement, breath, and therapeutic touch to relieve pain, restore balance, and support long-term well-being.
