Restorative Workshop — Saturday, December 28th
After the fullness of the winter holidays, join me for a replenishing afternoon of slow movement and deep rest. We’ll begin with a simple, accessible understanding of the nervous system, then move through a gentle flow before settling into the deeply supportive shapes of restorative yoga. You’ll leave feeling at ease in your body, nourished and grounded, with practical tools to support rest and regulation as you close out the year.
