Yoga

Yoga helps to bring union between mind and body, through breath, while increasing flexibility and strength, alleviating stress and anxiety, and improving overall physical health and mental clarity.

Each session is grounded in modern science and ancient wisdom, designed to support long-term health and well-being. You'll move through targeted mobility work, breath awareness, and strength-building postures, tailored to support the joints, fascia, and nervous system.

Whether you're working with specific therapeutic needs or looking to deepen your mind-body connection, my sessions offer a mindful and sustainable approach to yoga.

Zenthai Shiatsu

Zenthai Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing form of bodywork that blends elements of acupressure, Thai massage, and osteopathy. If you enjoy massage, this can feel familiar yet refreshing — easing tight muscles, improving circulation, and helping your body feel more open, fluid, and free.

Sessions work with the whole body, not just individual sore spots. Through pressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic movement, Zenthai Shiatsu supports your muscles, joints, fascia, and energy pathways to restore balance and ease.

You’ll be fully clothed and comfortably supported on a mat on the floor. The experience is slow, grounding, and nurturing — often leaving people feeling both deeply relaxed and more mobile, like they’ve had a massage and a full-body reset.

Foundation Training

The main focus of Foundation Training is to foster healthy movement and postural patterns, create space in the joints and spine, and allow for healthy nerve, blood, and lymph flow.

It is a movement practice that counteracts the negative effects of our modern, heavily seated lifestyles. A great option for those with back, shoulder, or foot pain, those coming back from an injury, or anyone who wants to increase their performance doing the sport or passion they love.

Testimonials

  • I have been so grateful to Liv for bringing these offerings to our community. I have attended many foundation training classes as well as yoga and Liv is very skilled in her craft, she is attentive and cares deeply about the body and helping others move free from pain. I always feel better after classes. Also the savasana sandwich is the best! If you know, you know, if you don’t then come find out!
